If this sounds familiar

You shouldn't have to guess
what your ads are doing.

You own a business doing over a million dollars. The sale closes in a tour, a consultation, a conversation or a demo. You need to see what happens between the ad and the client.

A business owner reviewing a report with her marketing adviser
A conversation about the work
01

You have an agency.

The only report you get was written by the person being judged by it.

An owner checking her campaigns after the working day
Running it yourself, after hours
02

You run them yourself.

It's eleven at night. You've never had time to check whether they're working.

An owner reconnecting with a trusted business contact
The referrals you depend on
03

You turned them off.

They stopped working. You're back to referrals and hoping.

The six fixes

Six places
your money goes.

Look at the whole path. Find the number that belongs at each stage. Then find the part that needs your attention.

01 / The ad

Did she click?

Of everyone who saw your ad, how many wanted to know more?

02 / The click

Did she take the next step?

Of everyone who reached the page, how many clicked the button?

03 / Your website

Did she finish the form?

Of everyone who started an enquiry, how many actually sent it?

04 / The booking

Did she turn up?

Of everyone who booked, how many made it to the conversation?

05 / The conversation

Did she buy?

Of everyone you spoke to, how many became a client?

06 / After the sale

Did she send someone?

Of everyone who bought, how many referred another client?

See why small changes matter

They multiply.
They don't just add.

Relative improvement, not percentage points. Referral stays unchanged in this illustration.

Dear Frustrated Female Entrepreneur,

In 2006, I ran an experiment in San Diego. I had an idea for a new way to market lawyers, and I put $1,500 of my own money behind it. Here’s what it bought me:

  • 148 clicks
  • 46 people started a conversation
  • 3 actually spoke to a person
  • 1 signed

The ads worked. The page worked. Forty-three conversations disappeared between someone raising their hand and someone talking to them. Nothing in the report told me where they went.

I looked everywhere. I hired the best ads people I could find. I paid a lot of money for a live hot seat with the legendary Jay Abraham. Was it my headline? Was it my offer?

He told me I was asking the wrong question.

That made me curious. What was I missing?

I became obsessed with how funnels actually work. The logistics, the psychology, the follow-up.

The question I should have asked was what she experiences at every step. I had to stand in my client’s shoes and build that into every minute she spends with me. I’d read that before. I hadn’t understood it until then.

Now I have a formula. Six numbers, one for every place she can disappear. I’ve rebuilt from nothing twice since, and both times this is what I rebuilt with.

My work brought me into the high-net-worth world. Human Longevity hired my agency to run their paid media. And I spent two years as a director at Platinum Clubs, the organization that names the top private clubs in America and the world.

I built this course because friends keep asking me how I do it. What I know shouldn’t stay with the handful of people who can afford my time.

Warmly,

Dafne

Before you decide

Good questions.

I already pay an agency. Isn't this their job?

It is. This course teaches you how to check their work, ask for the right numbers and see where leads stop becoming clients.

I'm not technical. Can I do this?

The lessons walk through the screens and the checks. You work with your own account and your own numbers.

I only run Meta. Or only Google.

Both workbooks are included. The path from an enquiry to a conversation to a client matters whichever platform you use.

My clients are private. Can this still work?

There's a lesson on getting proof from a client who'll never be a public case study. Privacy is part of the problem the course addresses.

How long does it take?

Seven modules, thirty-seven lessons and about eight hours. Lessons are designed around thirteen minutes, so you can work through one at lunch.

Will I really spend half as much?

That’s the goal, not a promise. If six small fixes double the clients you get from the same spend, you can buy the same number of clients for about half. Your results depend on your starting numbers.

Does this guarantee twice the clients?

No. The title describes the goal. Your results depend on your starting numbers, your offer and the changes you make. The course teaches you what to measure and what to fix.

Why And One Rose

My grandmother
grew roses.

Two grandmothers, actually. Both entrepreneurs out of necessity, not by choice. Both got told no more than once. Neither of them quit.

The spiral that organises a sunflower, a pinecone and a rosebud makes me think about growth. Every turn finds somewhere new.

I think about that when the business feels slow. You're not going in circles. You're turning to the one place nothing has been yet. Nothing is wasted. Not the campaign that flopped. Not the four years you spent learning the thing you now teach in ninety minutes.

This is the part I care about most. There is no version of this where one woman has to dim so another can be seen. There is room.

My grandmothers didn't have anyone to ask.
You do.
